Mail your item(s) using our pre-paid RETURN LABEL if available. We will simply deduct applicable from your order refund to cover return postage. Just drop off your package at any U.S. Mailbox, Post Office, Fedex or UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Special Instructions for Jewelry

By mail

Please follow the instructions on the RETURN LABEL if available when returning jewelry including watches. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
Simply include the packing slip and the credit card info used when you placed the order and receipt of your purchase. All returns must be free of damage and not worn, and tags still affixed. Items must be returned with original package(s). For return address click here
